SNES/VT03-style Portrait

I made this from scratch in about 2 hours, with a few minor touch-ups added afterwards. For the first hour I looked up a few pieces of SNES artwork to get an idea on facial structure and just to get an idea of how I should go about doing an anime art style. After that, the detail, some of the hair and the neck area was done entirely on my own. I decided to make it using 16 colours, all of them from the NES palette to demonstrate what the VT03 hardware is capable of. The drawing itself is an original drawing by myself and I'm honestly thinking of coming up with a description for this character but I'm not sure what right now. I'm quite proud of this drawing and I'm honestly thinking of making it my avatar even though it looks nothing like me.
